Refund Policy

Our commitment to fair and transparent refund practices for digital products and services.

This Refund Policy applies to all digital products and services purchased through the FcMig (UK) Limited online shop at fcmig.com/shop. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy.

1. Digital Products – General Policy

All products sold through our online shop are digital products delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital content, which is delivered instantly upon purchase and cannot be “returned,” digital products are generally non-refundable once the download link has been made available to you.

This policy is in accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, which acknowledges that consumers may lose their right to cancel once digital content has been supplied, provided they have given their consent and acknowledged this at the point of purchase.

2. Circumstances Where Refunds May Be Granted

We will consider a refund in the following circumstances:

  • File corruption or technical failure – the digital file is corrupted, damaged, or cannot be downloaded after multiple attempts, and our technical support team is unable to resolve the issue.
  • Duplicate purchase – you have been charged more than once for the same product due to a payment processing error.
  • Product not as described – the digital product is materially different from its description on our website at the time of purchase.
  • Unauthorised transaction – a purchase was made without your authorisation (subject to investigation).

3. Refund Request Timeframe

To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request within 14 days of the original purchase date. Refund requests submitted after this period will not be considered unless exceptional circumstances apply.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email sales@fcmig.com with the following information:

  1. Your full name and the email address used for the purchase
  2. Order number or transaction reference
  3. The product(s) for which you are requesting a refund
  4. A clear description of the reason for your refund request
  5. Any supporting evidence (e.g. screenshots of errors, download issues)

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive your refund request:

  • Review period: We will review your request within 2 business days and notify you of the outcome by email.
  • Approved refunds: If approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method (credit/debit card via Stripe). Please allow 5 – 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer.
  • Access revocation: Upon refund approval, your access to the refunded digital product(s) will be revoked and any download links will be deactivated.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

  • Digital products that have been successfully downloaded and used, unless they are defective
  • Products purchased more than 14 days prior to the refund request
  • Requests based on a change of mind after the product has been delivered
  • Custom or bespoke digital reports commissioned specifically for your project

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us directly at sales@fcmig.com before initiating a chargeback or dispute through their bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving any concerns promptly and fairly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in delays and additional investigation.

8. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a digital product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as provided by law.
