Managing Director
James provides strategic leadership and overall direction for FcMig (UK) Limited. With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, he has led the delivery of major infrastructure projects across the United Kingdom. His vision for the company centres on combining traditional construction excellence with forward-thinking innovation to meet the evolving needs of the supply chain sector.
Sarah Chen
Operations Director
Sarah oversees operational excellence across all of FcMig’s project activities. Drawing on her extensive background in logistics and supply chain management, she ensures that every project runs efficiently from mobilisation through to handover. Sarah’s meticulous approach to programme management and resource allocation is instrumental in delivering projects on time and within budget.
David Okonkwo
Head of Construction
David leads on-site delivery for all construction projects, bringing an engineering degree and years of practical site management experience to the role. He is responsible for ensuring that build quality, programme adherence, and safety standards are upheld across every project. David’s hands-on leadership style and technical expertise make him a trusted figure on every site he manages.
Emma Williams
Health & Safety Manager
Emma is responsible for HSE compliance across all FcMig operations. NEBOSH certified and with extensive experience in construction health and safety, she develops and implements the company’s safety management systems, conducts audits and inspections, and ensures that every member of the team is equipped to work safely. Emma’s unwavering commitment to a zero-harm culture underpins everything we do.
