How we deliver our digital products and services to you.

This Delivery Policy explains how digital products purchased through the FcMig (UK) Limited online shop at fcmig.com/shop are delivered to customers.
1. Digital-Only Products
All products available in our online shop are digital products. We do not sell or ship any physical goods. No physical delivery, courier, or postal service is involved in the fulfilment of your order.
2. Instant Delivery
Upon successful completion of your payment, your digital product(s) will be delivered instantly and automatically:
- On-screen download link: A download link will be displayed immediately on the order confirmation page after checkout.
- Email confirmation: An order confirmation email containing your download link(s) will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout.
- My Account access: If you have created an account, you can access your purchased products at any time via the My Account section of our website.
3. Delivery Timeframe
Digital products are available for download immediately after payment is confirmed. Our digital delivery operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with no delays for weekends or bank holidays.
In rare cases, there may be a short delay (typically under 5 minutes) if the payment processor requires additional verification. If your download link does not appear within 15 minutes of a successful payment, please contact us.
4. Download Access
Please be aware of the following conditions regarding download access:
- Download links are personal to the purchaser and must not be shared with third parties.
- We recommend downloading your product promptly after purchase and saving it securely to your device.
- FcMig reserves the right to limit the number of download attempts or set an expiry period on download links for security purposes.
5. File Formats
Digital products are typically delivered in widely-used file formats such as PDF, DOCX, or XLSX. The specific file format and approximate file size are stated on each product page before purchase. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate software to open and use the downloaded files.

7. Payment Confirmation
All payments are processed securely by Stripe, our PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Digital product delivery is triggered automatically upon successful payment confirmation from Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards.
