New-Build Warehouse
Regional Distribution Centre
Location: North West England | Size: 150,000 sq ft
Full turnkey delivery of a 150,000 sq ft regional distribution centre, including groundworks, steel frame erection, cladding, concrete floor slabs, dock leveller installation, and complete M&E fit-out. The facility was designed for high-bay racking with a clear internal height of 15 metres and incorporates solar PV, LED lighting, and a fully integrated BMS.
Automated Sorting Fit-Out
Parcel Sorting Hub Fit-Out
Location: East Midlands | Size: 85,000 sq ft
Complete internal fit-out of an 85,000 sq ft parcel sorting hub to accommodate a high-speed automated sorting system. Works included structural mezzanine installation, heavy-duty power distribution, compressed air systems, conveyor support steelwork, and bespoke chute infrastructure. The facility now processes over 30,000 parcels per hour.
Planned Preventative Maintenance
Multi-Site Maintenance Contract
Location: 12 National Locations | Duration: 3-Year Contract
A comprehensive three-year planned preventative maintenance contract covering twelve distribution and sorting facilities across England and Wales. Scope includes HVAC servicing, electrical testing, fire safety systems, dock equipment maintenance, roofing inspections, and reactive callout response. Delivered with 99.5% SLA compliance and a dedicated account management team.
Temperature-Controlled Storage
Cold Storage Facility
Location: South East England | Size: 45,000 sq ft
Construction of a 45,000 sq ft temperature-controlled storage facility with multiple temperature zones ranging from +2°C to −25°C. Works included insulated panel installation, industrial refrigeration plant, rapid-action doors, condensation management systems, and a fully monitored environmental control system with automated alerts.
Multi-Level Mezzanine & Fit-Out
E-Commerce Fulfilment Centre
Location: West Midlands | Size: 200,000 sq ft
Design and construction of a 200,000 sq ft e-commerce fulfilment centre featuring a three-level mezzanine structure, goods-to-person picking zones, packing stations, and automated despatch lanes. The project included full M&E installation, IT infrastructure, welfare facilities, and external works including yard surfacing, EV charging points, and cycle storage.
